Daycare Travel Provider

Daycare Travel Provider

So many parents are rushing to and from their jobs, just barely making it to work on time, because they have to drop their children off at a daycare center before work. In turn, after work, they are rushing to daycare to pick up the children before daycare closes. Why not offer a travel service for those frazzled parents in need of help?

By providing travel services for younger children to and from a daycare center, you will reap many benefits. One extremely special and exciting benefit is the bond you will form with the little ones you transport to and from daycare. There is nothing greater than the laughter and smile on a child's face when they see you each day before and after "school". Another benefit of providing this convenient travel service is that you will be helping busy parents by making their life less stressful. You will have the satisfaction of these benefits while earning money as well.

Many parents these days with demanding careers have an average daily commute to and from work that takes about 30 minutes. This usually causes the parents to constantly arrive at work late or to arrive, really pushed for time. In addition, typically a daycare center may not open until around 6:00 am, which for a parent that has to be at work at 6:00 am, would be extremely tough. This is where you come in. You could offer daycare travel services to which you would transport the child/children to and from their daycare center on a daily basis for a fee. Because parents have such demanding jobs, this could turn into a very lucrative business venture for any person who has love for children.

Before you can begin offering this service to time pressed parents, there are a few things you will likely need. First, because of the day and age we live in, you will want to present yourself fully and honestly. Obtain a copy of a complete background check on yourself that includes, any or all, traffic or non-traffic violations. Furthermore, obtain a complete copy of your driving record; this will help parents who often become wary of trusting anyone with their child. In addition to the above, you will need to obtain a reliable vehicle, two would be ideal. A parent, who has entrusted you to transport their child to and from daycare or school, will be in a tough bind if your vehicle breaks down, so you should have a backup plan.

Your vehicle should be equipped to carry the number of children you are intending to provide service for, as well as the proper number of seatbelts and car safety seats per child. Make sure you carry full coverage on your vehicle as well; all of this will be of utmost importance to all parents. Once you have the items you need to begin, you can begin to market your services. There are a variety of ways and places that you can market yourself. For example, you can create flyers and post them at various day care centers within your areas (if they allow it) or you could post them at the local libraries. Placing an ad in your local newspaper can also help you generate interest and new customers.
